I have a long career in visual effects for Features Series and Games, passionated film editor and a broad technical know how in post production and pipeline driven animation. Being one of the first to specialise in virtual effects, now becoming a new industry standard.
Leading Option Facilities and Grid VFX has shaped my personality. After employing over 500.000 mandays of skilled artists, I would say, understanding the challenges in management have revealed many secrets. Combining this leadership with hands on experience in the image and visual effects industry, have given me a great joy in day to day business. Being the cornerstone in complicated European coproductions for Heavy VFX Live Action or CGI Animation, positioned me often as the bridge between technology, creativity and budget. It feels as a natural habitat.
Creativity and craftsmanship are part of my driving force. Team members, customers, directors describe me as empathic, a fast learner and always ready to find a technical and creative solution to every challenge … which is exactly what makes the difference.
